Starting with our signature retirement transition assistance and community capacity building programs, we expanded our learning offerings to include bespoke training and development programs for diverse adult learners and all organizations.
We offer holistic transition to retirement assistance training that captures specific retirement needs and goals of retiring individuals. The program is offered to both uniformed and civilian sectors, and includes post-training monitoring and evaluation.
After completing RTAT, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the importance of and put into practice maintaining personal health and mental wellbeing.
2. Gain valuable knowledge on psychosocial issues retiring individuals face.
3. Acquire knowledge on financial planning and saving techniques and practice.
4. Assess their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, and understand how to start and manage a business.
5. Assess their readiness to retire in a holistic manner (psychosocial, physical, financial).
This program is designed for older adults from both formal and informal sectors in all local communities. In partnership with the Local Government Units (LGUs), nongovernment organizations (NGOs), and public / private institutions, our capacity building interventions seek to strengthen the significant economic and social roles that older adults play in our society.
