LITECRETE Philippines' Milestone with ASCENIOR
2021 might be coming to an end, but our journey to normalcy is just starting. Ascenior had just conducted its first in-person training this year last November 20 & 27, facilitated by one of our Senior Consultants – Dr. Bonifer “Bhobby” Nacorda, LDSS at LiteBlock by Litecrete Philippines at Mandaue City, Cebu.
In an interview with Litecrete’s HR Officer – Ms. Angeleen Cabading told Ascenior that this has been a milestone for Litecrete, conducting their first training after having been in the industry for the past few years. Ms. Cabading also shared how, especially during these trying times, anger management issues among employees has caused complications among teams. Thus, Litecrete's decision to conduct a leadership training for their people.
Ms. Cabading shared how Ascenior's customized leadership training created an impact on effective and strategic people management--- how handling a team is a reflection of who you are, given the leadership role you are in. Ascenior aided the participants with guidance for them to internalize their leadership roles and how being bestowed with such responsibility is not an easy task as you are the face of the group--- the representative of the team you are handling.
In their journey as a growing company, Litecrete wants their employees to grow with the company as well. And the recently concluded leadership training proved just that --- that everyone in the organization is able to level up and no one gets left behind.

Ascenior asked one of the participants to share his learning from the leadership training that was conducted. Mr. Edric Gerald Gaanan, Marketing Manager of Litecrete, imparted what he learned on how communication, teamwork, and actively looking after their people's welfare are leadership skills that one has to ingrain. He also learned how to properly identify issues so as to avoid miscommunication with their people.
